Job summary

Fandom is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our Finance team as a senior individual contributor, reporting to the Director FP&A. You will own the BU P&L, drive forecasts, and act as a power admin for our planning software while collaborating with global partners.

You will build strategic financial models, influence executive decisions, and translate data into clear narratives across functions and geographies, forming strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate finance and FP&A
• Experience building strategic financial models
• Experience implementing FP&A planning systems
• Experience building C-suite/Board-level reports
• Strong business judgment and data-driven insights
• Proactive cross-functional alignment
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency
• Advanced skills in Excel & Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliations
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and finance partners
• Drive BU and functional forecasts to predict performance
• Contribute to FP&A process improvements, reporting and data models
• Support strategic decisions through financial modeling of opportunities
• Communicate insights to senior management
