• Experience translating data into concise executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Independently build and maintain complex models for revenue forecasting and cost analysis.
• Develop revenue forecasts considering trends, staffing, and practice group dynamics.
• Support growth analyses including revenue, compensation, and cash flow implications.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze firm performance drivers and leverage BI/data sources for insights.
• Translate data into practical insights for planning, pricing, and staffing decisions.
• Conduct detailed cost, headcount, and operating expense analyses for budgets.
• Assist with annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning with leadership materials.
• Respond to ad hoc requests framing issues and delivering findings clearly.
• Benchmark performance against internal and market data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate in a flat team environment providing hands-on analytical support.
