Job summary

The candidate will manage revenue forecasting, pricing and scenario modeling, and support budgeting, variance analysis and long-range planning in a hands-on, senior contributor capacity.

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in a professional services FP&A environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and interpret complex financial models.
• Experience with large data sets and BI/financial systems.
• Strong storytelling and executive-ready presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance complex financial models for revenue, cost and cash flow.
• Develop revenue forecasts considering trends, activity, staffing and dynamics.
• Analyze profitability, pricing, and scenario modeling for growth.
• Prepare executive presentations with clear narratives, risks and actions.
• Analyze key performance drivers like hours, rates, realization, and leverage.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data and dashboards.
• Translate data into actionable insights for planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct detailed expense, headcount and operating cost analyses.
• Support annual budget, forecasts and long-range planning.
• Respond to senior leadership ad hoc requests with concise findings.
• Benchmark performance against internal and external data.
• Contribute hands-on analytical capacity in a flat team environment.
