Job summary

Dechert seeks an FP&A Senior Manager to own complex financial models for revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and cash flow planning. You will prepare executive-level materials and partner with BI and finance teams to translate data into actionable business insights.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Data Analytics, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic scenario modeling in a flat team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, or STEM.
• MBA considered a plus.
• 7+ years in professional services FP&A.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with large data sets; BI/analytics tools preferred.
• Ability to deliver executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance complex financial models for revenue forecasting, cost and cash flow analysis.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating trends, billing patterns, staffing, and practice dynamics.
• Model partner and group growth, profitability, and cash flow impact.
• Create executive-ready analyses and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze firm performance drivers: hours, rates, realization, leverage, client profitability.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources and dashboards.
• Provide concise business insights to guide planning, pricing, staffing and strategy.
• Support annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning with modeling.
