Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, or STEM; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in a professional services FP&A role.
• Strong FP&A foundation: forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, profitability, scenario modeling.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; explain complex models clearly.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or BI/financial systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and discretion.
• Ability to lead workstreams in a flat, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance complex financial models for revenue forecasting, cost analysis, cash flow, rate analysis, profitability, and scenario modeling.
• Develop revenue forecasts considering historical trends, billing patterns, staffing, practice group dynamics.
• Support analyses for lateral partner growth, compensation, expenses, profitability, and cash flow impact.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for firm leadership with clear narratives and actions.
• Analyze drivers such as hours, rates, realization, leverage, and client profitability.
• Collaborate with BI and finance to leverage source-system data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Translate data into concise insights to inform planning, pricing, staffing, and investments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
