Job summary

Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. seeks an FP&A Manager to oversee financial operations, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. This role provides guidance to managers, develops dashboards, and supports Board/Investor relations while safeguarding confidentiality.

You will lead FP&A functions, drive cost savings, analyze risks, and partner with executives to optimize financial performance. Travel to Dublin, CA may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting/Finance or MBA.
• CPA license preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in a business or finance capacity.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Compose timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial analysis and forecast.
• Provide financial analysis and steer management to cost savings and higher profit margins.
• Define and create financial reporting packages, metrics, and dashboards for decision making.
• Lead FP&A functions.
• Identify risks and opportunities through trend spotting and variance analysis for senior management.
• Support quarterly Board and Investor Relations deliverables.
• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects.
• Estimate funds for short and long-term objectives.
• Complete financial reports and lead month-end close and forecasts.
• Develop and implement a budget plan with managers to manage budgets.
• Advise management on regulations and other matters impacting financial activities.
