Job summary

Glacial® Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to oversee financial operations, forecasting, and reporting. You will guide management on profitability, budgeting, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a CPA or corresponding license preferred, 7+ years in finance, and strong modeling and communication skills. This is a fully distributed position with domestic travel to Dublin, CA as needed.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting/Finance or MBA required
• CPA license preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and finance controls
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly and quarterly financial analyses and forecasts
• Provide insights to management on cost savings and margin improvements
• Develop financial reporting packages and dashboards for decision making
• Lead FP&A functions and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify risks and opportunities through trend analysis and variance reviews
• Support Board of Directors and Investor Relations deliverables
• Coordinate month-end closing and corporate budgeting cycles
• Advise management on regulatory and compliance matters
