Job summary

RGP is seeking an experienced Consultant, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role partners with senior leadership to influence business decisions and drive operational efficiency.

The position is hybrid, with travel to Hawaii as needed, and involves developing forecasting models, executive dashboards, and actionable insights across functions. 7+ years FP&A preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in FP&A or finance roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and modeling experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast targets.
• Support enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
