RGA seeks a seasoned FP&A executive to lead the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis function, directing quarterly consolidation, annual budgeting, and global expense management. You will oversee a team, partner with regional CFOs, and shape corporate KPIs and governance to drive enterprise performance.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong leadership, extensive GAAP knowledge, and expertise in financial systems and planning software.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years progressive FP&A or management consulting experience.
• 4+ years people management of high-performing teams.
• 4+ years with financial systems and tools including financial planning software.

Aufgaben

• Lead quarterly and annual consolidated management reporting to senior management and the Board.
• Own the annual plan and budget process with Corporate and regional CFOs.
• Develop and maintain KPI framework and governance for enterprise performance.
• Drive process improvements to automate FP&A workflows and reporting.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team for continuous growth.
