GLG is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead forecasting, planning, and analysis across its Financial Services, G&A, and corporate segments. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A experience at the corporate level.
• Strong business acumen with strategic and operational insight.
• Experience leading FP&A teams in a global, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, quarterly filings, and lender deliverables.
• Establish FP&A as a Center of Analytical Excellence across the organization.
• Create and monitor KPIs covering revenue, costs, expenses, operating metrics, and capex.
• Prepare comprehensive executive reporting with variance analysis and explanations.
• Develop and manage annual budget, forecasts for revenue/expenses/headcount, and capital allocation.
• Improve understanding of financial statements and budget adherence through transparent analysis.
• Lead and develop the organization to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Guide transformation of finance processes and infrastructure for growth.
