Grit Companies, including its Grit Marketing arm, seeks a Sr Manager, FP&A to own Sales Commissions, budgets, and KPI reporting under the EOS framework. You will automate commission calculations in Salesforce and/or Domo, and manage budget by department, account, and event.

Lead monthly reviews with department heads on ACV targets and report on the Total ACV North Star. Strong finance background in high‑volume sales is required to ensure accurate payouts and solid returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 7+ years in FP&A or sales finance.
• Hands-on experience designing and administering commission plans.
• Strong Salesforce and BI tool skills (Domo or similar) and advanced financial modeling.
• Ability to explain pay and performance numbers clearly to sales leaders and reps.

Responsabilités

• Take over the Sales Commissions process and automate calculations in Salesforce and/or Domo.
• Administer commission and incentive plans with audit trail and on-time payouts.
• Build and own monthly budget by department, account, and event.
• Lead monthly Budget vs. Actual reviews with department heads and ACV targets.
• Own reporting on the Total ACV North Star and drivers; share Mira's ACV with key partners.
• Track the sales rep funnel and CAC Return Ratio; run quarterly recasts and support forecasts.
