Job summary

Acrisure is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team in Boston. You will own revenue and commission forecasting, drive monthly performance reviews, and lead enterprise-level financial modeling to support strategic growth across lines of business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior finance and operational leadership, data-driven insights, and continuous process improvements in forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, MFin or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Experience with Adaptive, Workday, Office Connect and financial reporting systems
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) is a plus
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting for revenue and commissions with alignment to strategic objectives
• Drive monthly performance reviews and identify variances and trends
• Lead enterprise-level financial modeling and budgeting processes
• Support LoB financial reporting, reforecasting, and long-range planning
• Identify enhancements to forecasting, reporting, and analytics tooling
