Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. You will own forecasting for revenue and commissions and partner with senior finance and operations to drive strategic insight and enterprise-wide planning.

The role emphasizes strong financial modeling, data integrity, and clear storytelling with executives. You will develop driver-based models, support budgeting and reforecasting, and deliver executive dashboards with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Experience with Adaptive, Workday, Office Connect and financial reporting systems.
• Strong modeling experience and ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting processes for revenue and commissions with leadership alignment.
• Drive monthly performance reviews, variances, and long-term trends.
• Lead enterprise-level financial modeling and driver-based analysis.
• Support LoB reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting with data integrity.
• Develop executive dashboards and present insights to senior leadership.
