Job summary

Grit Marketing in Utah is seeking an experienced FP&A / Sales Finance leader to own and automate the Sales Commissions process, including budgeting and forecasting with Salesforce and Domo. You will partner with staff accountants and department heads to ensure accurate payouts and insightful reporting.

You will design and administer commission plans for a large sales force, drive ACV targets by location and rep, and lead quarterly budget recasts and weekly forecast support using Adaptive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 7+ years in FP&A or sales finance.
• Experience designing and administering commission plans for a large sales force.
• Strong Salesforce and BI tool skills and advanced financial modeling.
• Ability to explain pay and performance numbers clearly to sales leaders and reps.

Responsibilities

• Take over Sales Commissions process and automate calculations in Salesforce and/or Domo.
• Administer commission and incentive plans with accuracy and audit trails.
• Build and own monthly budget by department, account, and event.
• Lead monthly budget review and track ACV targets by location and rep.
• Own reporting on ACV drivers, including CAC Return Ratio and retention across the lock period.
