CVS Health in Woonsocket, RI is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to partner with the Retail FP&A Director on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Front Store retail business. You will help modernize planning systems across the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness segment and oversee monthly cycles and data integrity.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A with 3+ years in retail support, plus strong modeling and stakeholder skills. A BS degree and leadership experience are essential.

• 7+ years of FP&A, Finance, or related experience.
• 3+ years supporting retail, consumer products, or merchandising.
• 2+ years of managing a team.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management processes.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop top-down quarterly forecasts and the annual budget with key stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the retail segment.
• Lead implementation of a new merchandise financial planning system (MFP).
• Oversee financial performance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic decisions.
• Build sophisticated financial models for planning and long-term decisions.
• Evaluate financial performance of units, product lines, and projects.
• Set performance goals and coach a high-performing team.
• Manage day-to-day guidance to a direct report.
