Job summary

TradeCentric, LLC seeks a Manager (or Sr. Manager) of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes in a fully remote role in the United States.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and report to the Chief Financial Officer to support growth and financial strategy. The position requires 5+ years in FP&A, strong modeling, and communication skills; experience with SaaS, PE-backed environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, Salesforce, QuickBooks)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting with department heads and develop templates/procedures
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision making
• Generate regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives and boards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and ensure accurate reporting
• Assist with ROI evaluation and expense optimization
• Support M&A due diligence and financial modeling as needed
• Other duties as assigned
