TradeCentric is seeking a Manager (or Sr. Manager) of Financial Planning and Analysis to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights to support growth.

This remote role reports to the CFO and includes a base salary plus annual bonus. The position emphasizes strong analytical capabilities, reporting, and strategic support for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, QuickBooks)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting process with department heads
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts for leadership
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize financial performance
• Generate regular management reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting
• Evaluate ROI and manage investment/expense decisions
• Assist with M&A analysis and due diligence
