Job summary

TradeCentric is seeking a Manager (or Sr. Manager) of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role. The role reports to senior leadership and targets improving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will lead FP&A processes, provide data-driven insights, and partner with departments to deliver strategic financial support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, QuickBooks).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Support executive leadership with financial modeling and analysis to optimize performance.
• Generate regular financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Create dashboards and presentations to communicate financial performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand financial needs and reporting.
• Collaborate with the executive team to evaluate ROI and optimize spend.
• Assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and evaluation of M&A opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
