Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A function and partner with executive leadership. The role requires 10+ years in accounting or finance with a track record in management and strategic analytics.

The successful candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across a largely remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to optimize performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
10+ years in financial analysis or accounting with 5+ years leading a team.
Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling.
Experience with NetSuite preferred.
Strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and develop the annual budget across all departments.
Prepare material for monthly leadership reviews and Board meetings; support CEO and CFO.
Build ad hoc financial models for strategic initiatives.
Lead monthly P&L variance analysis and executive commentary.
Ensure timely month-end close for consolidated results.
Provide financial insights to drive operational efficiency.
Advise senior leadership on performance, risks and opportunities.
Support reporting for mergers and acquisitions.
