Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead the global Corporate FP&A team. You will partner with senior leadership to shape forecasting and planning, implement tools, and drive insights across the business.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with IT, People, and Finance, and guide the organization through rapid growth with structured processes and reliable financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience.
• Expert in financial modelling, Google Suite, Excel, and Pigment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and modernize forecasting and planning tools.
• Lead AI automation initiatives within FP&A.
• Coordinate forecasts and consolidations; manage planning calendar and reconciliations.
• Develop reporting for senior management including CEO, CFO, SVP Finance and Board.
• Manage and mentor a small analytics team.
• Collaborate across departments to drive operational efficiencies.
• Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes and benefits.
