MongoDB Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst for AI & Emerging Products to join our Product & Technology FP&A team in a flexible hybrid NYC role. You will build detailed financial models, forecast, report, and partner with executives to drive strategic initiatives and resource planning.

You will work with stakeholders across the organization, perform month-end close activities, and support workforce planning and reporting. A finance-related degree and 0–3 years of FP&A experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or economics.
• 0–3 years FP&A, analytics, or quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel; Pigment a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Confidence to forge strong relationships with partners at all levels; tech company a plus.
• Drive for results with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with P&T stakeholders to align with company objectives.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, headcount planning and optimization.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to guide resource allocation and investments.
• Improve and automate reporting and streamline processes across systems.
• Perform month-end close activities including headcount reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with recruiting and HR to support workforce planning for executives.
• Prepare schedules and analyses for planning cycles and management review.
