MongoDB, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to shape and manage our global forecasting and planning processes. You will partner with senior finance leadership to build a world-class Corp FP&A team, defining requirements and implementing solutions within a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a small, high-impact team and drive operational efficiencies across cross-functional partners while delivering timely, insightful reports to executive leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; finance, business or economics preferred; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and modernize forecasting and planning tools with IT, People, and Finance teams.
• Lead AI automation initiatives across the FP&A function.
• Coordinate forecasts and consolidations; manage planning calendar and communications with stakeholders.
• Develop financial reports for senior management and Board discussions.
