US Health Partners is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. You will build and maintain financial models, support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and deliver insights to leadership for strategic decision‑making.

This role offers remote work and exposure to a growing, physician‑led healthcare organization. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Healthcare or multi-site company experience preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency and modeling ability
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus
• Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting components and forecasts with department leaders
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Provide financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop dashboards and executive summaries
• Support revenue recognition and close processes
• Partner with business units to inform decisions
