Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience working with large datasets, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
• High level of competence with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, especially financial system implementations and process improvements.
• Deep understanding of fixed vs. variable cost structures, KPI frameworks, and performance management.
• Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to translate complex analysis into business-insights.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity of a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational-Financial Integration: Develop and implement data models and frameworks that link operational KPIs and shared services metrics to financial outcomes.
• Cost Structure Evolution: Establish and maintain a framework for analyzing and reporting costs on a fixed vs. variable basis.
• Forecasting & Budgeting Modernization: Lead modernization efforts to integrate real-time operational data with financial planning.
• KPI Financial Impact Analysis: Define, track, and report the financial implications of KPIs across clinical, operational, and shared services.
• System Transformation Leadership: Spearhead selection, implementation, and optimization of a new financial planning system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Operations, Clinical Services and other units to align financial goals.
• Change Management: Drive adoption of new financial practices and tools across the enterprise.
