Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial systems, or finance transformation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with large datasets and BI tools.
• Experience with financial planning systems (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects.
• Deep understanding of fixed vs variable cost structures and KPI frameworks.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate analysis into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data models that link operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Establish and maintain cost frameworks for fixed vs variable costs.
• Modernize forecasting and budgeting with real-time operational data.
• Define, track, and report financial impact of KPIs across departments.
• Lead the selection and optimization of a new financial planning system.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Clinical Services to align financial and operational goals.
• Support change management to drive system adoption.
