Job summary

Unlimited Technology is seeking a hands-on FP&A Senior Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as we grow from $150M to $250M. You’ll partner with executive leadership to deliver timely insights and scalable processes.

This fully remote role provides direct access to the CFO, operations leaders, and PE investors. You will build dashboards, drive AI-enabled analytics, and, over time, lead a growing team to sustain rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum six years of FP&A experience, including at least three years in a project-based, multi-branch service business as an FP&A lead.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and recurring forecasting cycles.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for internal and external financial reporting, including understanding underlying data and developing efficient reporting tools and dashboards.
• Support the monthly close process, including commission accruals, payroll analysis, travel expense review, and select balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate financial data, including investigating significant variances.
• Incorporate AI technology to streamline analysis and the closing process.
