Job summary

Medsien seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will build scalable financial models and partner with sales, operations, engineering, and other teams to drive financial accountability.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in strategic finance, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership. This is a fully remote role with a focus on scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related role.
• Strong ability to build and maintain financial models and long-range plans.
• Experience delivering management reporting and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Develop revenue, expense, headcount, cash-flow, and profitability forecasts.
• Turn financial data into clear executive-level insights and recommendations.
