Job summary

Starface is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and analysis as we continue to grow and scale. You’ll report directly to our SVP of Finance and own key FP&A processes, partnering cross-functionally to turn financial insights into informed decisions.

The right candidate is analytical, results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance function.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, including scenario modeling.
• Experience in a growing, complex business with multiple drivers.
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills and ability to influence decisions.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting process and rolling forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis with clear insights.
• Maintain and evolve financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Build stronger cross-functional Finance touchpoints across the business.
• Lead FP&A integration with S&OP processes for aligned planning.
• Support month-end close review and audits from a Finance perspective.
• Identify opportunities to automate FP&A processes and reporting (NetSuite).
• Evaluate economics of retail vs. direct-to-consumer to inform margins and growth.
