Job summary

Fingerprint is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial and strategic operations as we scale. You will own the consolidated corporate model, lead annual budgeting, and partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders to deliver actionable reporting.

You'll own SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, CAC payback, and expansion analysis, plus board reporting. This is a fully remote role across the US with a salary range of $118,000–$160,000 and strong room for growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience
• Startup or high-growth experience
• SaaS metrics & recurring revenue knowledge
• Strong SQL and BI tool experience
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the three-statement model and headcount planning.
• Run annual budget cycle and monthly reviews.
• Partner with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders for insights.
• Build board reporting packages.
• Own SaaS metrics: ARR, retention, cohorts, CAC payback, pipeline-to-revenue.
• Head procurement with Tropic for vendor contracts.
• Manage Revenue commissions process.
• Provide strategic analysis on pricing and segment profitability.
