Job summary

This build role values hands‑on modeling, driver-based three‑statement planning, and presenting insights to executives. Remote work is possible with travel to El Segundo, Mooresville, and other locations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or advisory experience;Director level often 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Build the FP&A function and planning cadence (OPL, quarterly re-forecast, rolling forecast).
• Own monthly close hand‑off with Accounting and variance analysis with explanations.
• Define and implement KPI framework ( bookings, backlog, revenue by program/product, gross margin, headcount, burn, runway).
• Lead capital planning and post‑investment review for capacity, lab, and equipment.
• Support board, investors, and fundraising with model iterations and data room prep.
• Consolidate planning across five sites (US/UK/Europe) and manage intercompany, FX, and multi‑currency translation.
