Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team in the US, remote. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of FP&A experience, strong financial modeling, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 5–10 years of FP&A experience or relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience in private equity‑backed environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, monthly forecasts, and quarterly reforecasts.
• Develop executive‑ready dashboards and reporting packages.
• Analyze revenue, pipeline, and program profitability.
• Support cash forecasting and monthly close processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and reporting efficiency.
