Job summary

CG Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead the day-to-day operations of the function, owning corporate, G&A, and enterprise headcount planning and forecasting as the company prepares for a commercial launch.

This high-visibility, individual-contributor role partners with the Director of FP&A and cross-functional leaders to professionalize and scale planning processes, enabling rapid growth and informed decision-making across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten plus years of FP&A experience, ideally in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
• Experience with corporate consolidation and board-level reporting packages.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and familiarity with enterprise planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly variance analysis for G&A and headcount.
• Forecast headcount, model scenarios, and align with HR and functional leaders; link to opex and cash runway impacts.
• Improve corporate consolidation, management reporting, and performance commentary for leadership reviews.
