Job summary

Cambium is building out its Financial Planning & Analysis function, and this is the first hire into it. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will define how a $100M+ revenue, venture-backed advanced materials company plans, forecasts, and measures itself — across five sites in the US, the UK, and Europe.

You will own the operating plan, the rolling forecast, the KPI framework, and the analysis that reaches our executive team, our board, and our investors, including the materials supporting

Qualifications

• Experience building FP&A for a high-growth, multi-site company.
• Ability to develop driver-based three-statement models and explain them to executives.
• Strong communication with the CFO, board, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating plan and rolling forecast.
• Define the KPI framework and the analytics that inform executives and investors.
• Assess targets, diligence acquisitions, and support fundraising materials.
• Present insights to the executive team and board with clarity and rigor.
