Qualifications

• Proven FP&A leadership in a professional services environment.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and annual/rolling planning cycles.
• Familiarity with law firm financial structures, billing, matter management, and partner compensation models.

Responsibilities
