Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to own the financial planning and reporting function for a client account. You’ll partner with operations and client finance teams to deliver accurate, reliable financial insights and drive process excellence.

You will lead budget and forecast cycles, ensure compliance with agreements and standards, and identify smarter ways to work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own financial deliverables for the portfolio and region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain financial accuracy and systems integrity for internal JLL systems.
• Serve as a resource to operations and client finance teams.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecast processes; coordinate with site operations.
• Ensure compliance with MSA and amendments; monitor GAAP and internal standards.
• Improve planning and reporting tools across finance systems and processes.
• Review interfaces between client and JLL systems and drive process improvements.
• Support cost reduction initiatives with operations on scope changes.
