Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience in professional services.
• Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and scenario modeling.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with large data sets; BI tools and financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating trends, activity, staffing, and billing patterns.
• Analyze growth, profitability, and cash flow; support leadership with insights.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources and reporting tools.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting updates, and long-range planning processes.
• Respond to ad hoc requests with clear framing and actionable conclusions.
• Present findings to diverse audiences and influence decisions.
