• 7+ years in professional services FP&A with strong modeling and budgeting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with independent problem solving.

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations with clear narratives and risks.
• Partner with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources and dashboards.
• Support annual budget, forecasts, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
• Analyze key performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
