Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a law firm.
• 3+ years management experience.
• Strong command of scenario analysis and profitability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and performance analytics.
• Develop early warning dashboards and variance analysis.
• Manage annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts.
