Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A to partner with the finance organization and embedded GTM teams. You will own the close, forecasting, and storytelling around performance, driving strategic insights and efficiencies across the business.

You will build robust financial plans, challenge assumptions, and present clear recommendations to leaders while leveraging AI tools to accelerate analyses and automate processes.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 3–5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role preferably at a high growth technology company.
• Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning, including the creation and execution of robust financial plans.
• Comfortable solving problems and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving ambiguous environment.
• Strong understanding of FP&A fundamentals (variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, reporting).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
• AI-forward - actively use AI tools to work faster and go deeper.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly close process and understand monthly performance, variance commentary, and accruals.
• Manage headcount and expense planning; translate business needs into forecasts for GTM teams.
• Turn data into decisions; diagnose performance, shape narratives, and perform ad hoc analyses.
• Dig into unit economics and efficiency drivers with a clear budget trade-offs viewpoint.
• Be a trusted business partner, providing finance perspective on performance and strategic choices.
• Leverage AI and drive process improvements across the team.
