Job summary

BusPatrol in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Manager, Finance & FP&A to shape planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations, influence growth, and build scalable FP&A processes.

You will own annual OPP, rolling forecasts, KPI design, and executive reporting, working across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product. The role offers high visibility and opportunities for broad ownership as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 7–10+ years FP&A, strategic finance, or related field in a high-growth environment.
• Strong Excel and three-statement modeling ability.
• Experience with ERP/CPM platforms such as NetSuite, Planful, Anaplan.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; able to translate strategy into financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range financial planning from design to executive alignment.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate priorities into headcount plans, operating budgets, investment cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain driver-based forecasts for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, working capital, cash flow, and capital needs.
• Establish variance-analysis routines linking financial performance to operational drivers and actions.
• Design and continuously improve KPI dashboards and executive reporting across business units.
• Mentor analysts and raise analytical rigor and business partnership across FP&A.
