Job summary

Indeed Flex in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A Team within Strategy. You will own revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and business transformation initiatives as an independent contributor.

You will partner with the US Revenue teams, build robust financial models, automate FP&A workflows, and deliver insights to senior leadership. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite 4x/week and Thursday remote optional.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
• Ability to partner with commercial stakeholders and influence decisions at senior levels.
• Highly independent, with strong ownership and minimal supervision.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the US Revenue team to provide financial insight and decision support.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate profitability.
• Own monthly revenue and gross profit forecasting with visibility into pricing, volume, and cost drivers.
• Deliver reporting and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance Operations to support the Revenue function.
