Job summary

Allen Control Systems is seeking an FP&A Manager to build and run the FP&A function for our production of autonomous counter-drone systems. This on-site role in Austin, TX will own financial planning, reporting infrastructure, and KPI development for a government-contract heavy revenue model.

You will partner with the VP of FP&A and business leaders to deliver insights, scenarios, and forecast accuracy at scale while supporting capital strategy and production programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience at a high-growth or capital-intensive company.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience supporting board or investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual operating plan, quarterly re-forecast, and long-range financial plan (3 to 5 years).
• Build scenario analyses and prepare board/investor reporting components including KPIs and variance analysis.
• Own monthly close-to-forecast variance analysis and support cash forecasting with Treasury.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Government Contracts, and Operations to build and maintain budgets and scalable FP&A processes.
