Job summary

Bones Coffee Company is seeking an FP&A Manager to build scalable planning, forecasting, and performance-management capabilities. You will partner with the Commercial Team and other leaders to drive revenue growth, margin, EBITDA, and cash flow across omnichannel channels.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, this high-impact role involves establishing an integrated planning process, developing driver-based models, and delivering actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience in high-growth CPG, food & beverage, or e-commerce preferred.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of CPG financial economics: gross-to-net, trade spend, product costs, channel mix, cost-to-serve, margin drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills with scalable, auditable financial models.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range planning; coordinate inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Develop sales forecasts by channel, customer, product, and SKU including promotions and seasonality.
• Evaluate investment effectiveness and promotional spend; analyze MER, NCAC, CLTV metrics.
• Analyze actual results vs budget, forecast, and prior year to identify drivers.
• Build profitability analyses by channel, customer, product; assess cost-to-serve components.
• Create financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses for new initiatives and investments.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews; translate results into insights and actions for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and leadership materials for reliable decision-making; ensure data consistency.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure reporting accuracy and FP&A alignment; leverage NetSuite for automation.
