Job summary

Bulletproof 360 is seeking a Director of FP&A & Analytics to own the annual planning cycle and long-range financial planning. You will lead a small team, partner with Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain to translate performance into forecasts, and provide decision support across functions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong modeling, and advanced Excel with ERP/BI experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience leading annual planning and forecasting cycles.
• Strong financial modeling and complex quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/BI tools experience.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning, rolling forecast, and long-range plan.
• Oversee company-wide budget, re-forecasts, and close-aligned reporting.
• Lead trade spend forecasting and gross margin analysis.
• Develop and maintain P&L, OPEX, cash flow, KPI reporting by channel.
• Provide decision support on new initiatives and pricing.
• Lead and develop FP&A and analytics team.
