Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems (Anaplan, Oracle) and willingness to learn new tools (Co-Pilot).
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and operational metrics.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities; effective stakeholder partnering.

Responsibilities

• Drive business insights: develop and refine financial models, forecasts, and analyses.
• Provide insights and recommendations: translate data into clear leadership-ready insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Operations to drive accountability and identify risks/opportunities.
• Own planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment and accurate projections.
• Identify improvement opportunities: automate, standardize, and optimize planning/reporting processes.
• Contribute to a high-performing team while driving business improvements.
