Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Business Analysis Manager for North America Finance to lead forecasting, revenue and margin analysis, and strategic planning. You will partner with Brand, Supply Chain, Retail Ops, Marketing, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and drive planning rigor.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, and experience communicating complex financial insights to senior leaders. This role requires collaborative leadership and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle).
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and operational metrics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business insights with financial models, forecasts, and analyses to influence decisions.
• Communicate complex financial information to financial and business leaders to support decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and identify risks & opportunities.
• Own planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment and accurate forecasts.
• Lead process improvements through automation and standardization.
