Job summary

Optimum seeks an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for B2C Revenue. You will drive budgeting, monthly forecasting, and month-end close, delivering actionable insights and linking forecasts to the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills and ownership to drive results.
• Ability to adapt to changes in scope of position.
• Team player, self-starter, able to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, great interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with problem-solving ability; flexible and hard-working.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with Oracle, Hyperion, and Essbase.
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting: prepare budgets and forecast plans; analyze variances.
• Reporting: quantify revenue growth; provide variance analysis and insights.
• Offer sizings: determine feasibility of acquisition/retention offers; update models.
