Job summary

The Marketing Cloud is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to join a fast-paced global team. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to enable growth and scale across the business.

The ideal candidate will partner with leadership, own the forecast, and translate strategic initiatives into actionable financial data. A revenue-driven mindset and strong communication across a global organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience at a global technology-focused company.
• Experience with varied forecasting and accounting ERPs (OneStream and Maconomy a plus).
• Proven history of working with C-level, board, or senior leadership teams.
• Keen attention to detail and financial data accuracy.
• Revenue first mindset with understanding of working capital, FCF, and EBITDA in a scaling business.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast: lead long-term, annual, and quarterly budget cycles with leadership.
• Communicate business needs and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business outcomes into financial data.
• Streamline processes using tools to improve visibility and team efficiency.
• Develop and track financial KPIs tangible to the business.
• Lead the internal finance team and collaborate with finance resources across the organization.
