Job summary

The Marketing Cloud, Stagwell's technology division, seeks a Senior Manager, Finance in New York to lead FP&A and drive data-driven decision support across the organization.

You will own the forecast, partner with leadership across the company, and build the operating plan and financial model to support growth at scale. Strong collaboration with global teams and a revenue-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience at global tech or similar high-growth companies.
• Experience with forecasting and ERP systems (OneStream, Maconomy a plus).
• Proven history of presenting to C-level, board, or senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and financial data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast through long-term, annual, quarterly, and ad hoc budget cycles.
• Communicate business needs and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business outcomes into financial data and KPIs.
• Streamline processes using tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Identify and drive KPIs tangible to the business.
• Lead the internal finance team and collaborate with finance resources across the business.
