Aquent Talent seeks a highly analytical Finance Manager to shape financial strategy and optimize resource allocation for diverse product lines. You will partner across Marketing, Business Development, and Supply Chain to drive governance and informed decisions in a dynamic, global finance team.

In this contract role, build sophisticated models, analyze investments, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership, while driving process improvements and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools, with ability to leverage tech to improve efficiency and insights.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive with ownership mentality and strong analytical rigor.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex analyses.
• Collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting with strong controls.
• Own recurring planning cycles and ensure deliverables are on time.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting, and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for governance and resource allocation.
• Support audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases for investments and launches.
• Translate complex insights into clear recommendations for leaders.
